How to Pay Club Dues
For Returning Mallorca Players:
Cost per session is $275 per player per session.
This season 2010-2011, we are looking to give two
forms of
discount to those who pay by November 15th, and those who pay before December 15th for both sessions.
The club membership includes:
- 16 Futsal League Games (in two sessions) at
Monroeville Sports Center Prime League.
- Up to 16 training sessions (time, holiday,
weather permitting).
- USFF Registration (Player Card).
- Coverage under USFF Insurance (Secondary
Insurance Policy).
- New Mallorca Game Shirt, shorts, socks.
Those wishing to receive the Early Bird discount can
pay $500 for both sessions by November 15th.

$50 savings verses paying for both sessions separately.
Those wishing to receive the 2nd discount must pay $300 by
November 15th, 2010, and the balance of $225 by December 15th, 2010.

If the team your player is on qualify for the Regional Tournament, that
fee will be additional.
If you choose to pay for each session separate, the
fee will be $275 per session. The dues are due on November 15th for
the first session and January 15th for the second session. The
first session includes the Christmas Tournament, and also
includes the Futsal State Cup. An additional fee will be added if your
players' team qualifies for the Regional Tournament. Mallorca is
planning a fund raising event in December to raise money for Regionals!
Players dues can be paid via personal check made
payable to Mallorca Futsal Club.
