In 2008, when Mallorca Futsal Club introduced "Complete
Futsal Training", the course was focused on 8 key points. As the
players progress, Mallorca has developed a more in-depth curriculum for
training Futsal. Below is the curriculum being taught by
Mallorca
Trainers for the 2010-2011 winter season.

13 technical abilities (passing, first touch,
receiving/trapping, shooting, finishing, jockeying/tackling,
crossing (short and long), heading (defensive and offensive),
ball control/dribbling, anticipation/interception/stealing,
dummying/1v1 skills, improvisation, goalkeeping
techniques) without pressure then with increasing intensity of
pressure. |

Aimed first touches against low, mid-low, mid, and high
balls (think one step ahead of your opponent, enables a slower
player to beat a faster player). |

Speed and agility and co-ordination with and without the ball. |

Technical (with the ball) circuit training. |

This is a complete Futsal education.
Students learn the essentials progressively to the highest level (age
appropriate). Soccer is kept enjoyable and a heavy focus is placed
on teamwork.
